Thick black hair in taco meat, stale or microwaved tortilla(street taco). Couldnt eat half of my meal and didnt want them to fix it after finding hair in taco meat. Disgusting smh. No star if i could.
Honestly, there was no clearly defined leader in the restaurant. Terrible food, terrible cleanliness (every table dirty and we were one if 4 people in the restaurant), terrible excuse for food safety, terrible service times and an overall abysmal experience. Go to Subway right next to this turd and get a decent sandwich.
After multiple disappointing meals in a row from other restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by our meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was very well prepared, my chicken salad was great!
Waited a ridiculous amount of time for cold food. I don't mean "not hot"...I mean COLD. Which is odd because every single item the guy making the food put on the butrito, nachos and Taco salad came out of a microwave. Nothing was made to the standards we are used to with other Taco Time restaurants.
Whoever manages this restaurant should spend more time enforcing food safety standards and proper portion ingredients control (Thanks for the extra extra extra meat and sour cream at no charge!).
I loved Taco Time in Elko, Nevada but this location served me stale food because it is attached to a gas station. NOT LEGIT! fyi
The food was good, I ordered the taco salad. The portion was kind of small for the price. I pay about $1 more for twice as much food at El Pollo Loco. With better salad dressing. They gave me ranch and it was so thick. I went to drizzle it on and it just kind of blobbed out. Restaurant wasn't all that clean though. Glad I didn't dine in.
