When service is indifferent, food is barely edible, and the atmosphere is trailer park, you'd deserve to have your doors shut. Everything could be remedied by a decent management team. It doesn't take a huge capital investment to start treating customers as if you really appreciate their patronage. Hire a decent cook, purchase decent ingredients, and let the wait staff know what you expect.
Food was below adequate. My friend's food order was made wrong and they did nothing to make up for it. For what we ordered, the food took an extended amount of time to arrive at our table.

This place is awesome!! The soup and salads were very good and the sandwiches we ordered and shrimp pasta were way good. This place was way better than we expected from reading the unfair reviews.
If this place had any competition in this little town, they'd be out of business.
A little over priced, a bit of a smoky atmosphere from the casino. Food was mediocre. Eat there if you're in the hotel for convenience but otherwise there are many other choices close by. The service was quite questionable with the exception of one well trained and caring staff member.
Surprisingly expensive, but the food was quite good. Waitress was nice.
