We brought called in ahead of time informing them that we were going to being in our volleyball team of 24 teenaged girls. Our game went later than expected and we showed up fairly late, but they were still busy. They seated all of us quickly and got straight to ordering. Our waitress worked her tail off to get us our orders quickly. The cook himself, began to help deliver our orders. Within an hour and a half, we were all served and full. Despite our late game, we were able to eat and get out to go to sleep for day 2 of our tournament. I couldn't have asked for better service because not only were they fast, but our waitress was the sweetest woman and the cook was so kind. Not once did she ever look overwhelmed or exhausted even though we were the last group of her shift. We'll visit time and time again.
Ordered. Over the phone it was ready. Fast fries. Were cold an under cooked hash browns went cookie got 8 French fries. Ordered ranch. Didn't get. It. Miss the old place
Placed a to-go order over the phone and it was ready for pick-up about 15 minutes later. The staff were very polite on the phone though I can't vouch for the staff in person since I wasn't the one to pick up the order. The food was excellent and prepared exactly as requested including ranch on the side! A quick round in the microwave at home was all that was needed, which is to be expected. I will be placing to-go orders at this Denny's again! Yum!
The service at this place is horrible. Hardly no customers inside at 730pm. 10 minutes to get seated, another 20 minutes to get drinks, food servers never check and refill drinks unless you ask. Workers just chit-chat and use cell phones in customers view. After ordering all you can eat spaghetti and chicken strips, neither the food server or shift manager knew it was all you can eat until I had to show them in the menu. 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Next time I'll settle for gas station food.
I'll likely not go there again.
Service was slow. We received nachos that basically consisted of liquid cheese and chilli on stale corn chips. Burger was OK, fries were undercooked. My wife and daughter ordered the Chicken Gouda skillet. Both skillets were covered in a thick layer of liquid cheese substance that appeared to have been applied to the dish with a caulking gun. Both dishes were unappealing, and by all accounts tasted disgusting. We told the waitress ... She did nothing. We told the cashier, an unprofessional kid with a crappy attitude, that we had a terrible meal ... he chose to argue with me as opposed to getting the manager involved. The quality here continues to decline the longer this wreck stays open.
