Pretty solid establiment. It's a Carl's Jr so if you eaten at one you get the picture. It's new to the town though so its a nice change in the options.
Typical Fast Food Loser. Drive through - got order wrong - no napkins - cold food. And these twits want $15 an hour? They don't deserve sub-minimum wage.
Good for a quick bite. Clean, friendly and fast. Better food then the golden arches across the street. And they have a little game room with slot machines, which is fun while you wait for your food.
Tenders were lukewarm at best and they didn't even bag my fries, just threw them in there with the tenders. Maybe day shift is better, but I probably won't be eating here during the night again.
I want to say that I hardly complain especially when it comes to fast food. I've worked fast food/restaurant work when I was 16 up until my early 20's. I don't expect amazing service but tonight was really disappointing. I ordered 1/3 Guam bacon burger. I told the cashier I didn't want tomatos on it. She didn't mark it on the ticket and I could see because of the screen. I politely asked again, "Please, no tomatoes." She then added it. A little annoying but at least we're square. Then was given my receipt and my to go number. She walked away and didn't give me my cup. Annoyed but I'll get one when I get my order. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, I see my crosscut fries are being put in my bag. I saw the girl accidentally drop half of them on the floor. I was standing right by the register and heard/saw her tell a coworker. They decided to not compensate for the spillage with even normal fries but instead short change me on my fries. They handed me the bag and pretended all was good. I did get my cup but you know, this was just a very lousy experience.
