Otherwise slept pretty good, very quiet neighborhood, nice view into someone's backyard.
We went to the Jailhouse Restaurant. The food was pretty good, and reasonably priced. The service was a bit too so for my liking.
I got a Hot water shower only when it was in blast mode. It felt good , kind of like a water message. It's good I wasn't paying the water bill. The fitted sheet came off in the middle of the night because it was too small for the bed, had to remake. The front door needed weather stripping could see light coming in will be drafty in winter. Other than that it was ok. there is a Mexican restaurant in the casino that is top notch ( large portions and a salsa bar). I rate it 4 out of 5.
Coffee shop turned taco shop, refrigerator in the bathroom? "How was your room?" papers but no pen, cheap school folder holds town information, couldn't find my reservation on arrival. That's ok, turned out cheaper with walk-in than was for reservation. Free continental breakfast? Where? Random switch on wall does nothing, TV guide is all wrong, there's 4 Disney channel according to the TV, beds are stiff.
Pleasant people. Great management. Well appointed rooms. They provided an extension cord for our use at no cost no questions.
I'm putting 3 stars because my family's meals were good. My ribs, however, came to the table bleeding. Pork ribs. I switched to salmon and it came to the table all by its self. No lemon. No sauce. No nothing. Pretty sad looking. Now I get why chef Ramsey says food has to look appetizing.
