Normal shop hours were 08:00.
The crew showed up at 07:15 and immediately checked the car out.
It turns out that there in basically two tire shops in Ely.
Gale tire and oil was closed but listed an "after hours" number which the wife called and spoke to a lady and arrangements were made to check the car out the next morning at 07:30. (wife was planning on staying the night anyway.)
The wife stated that the crew was VERY POLITE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY..
It took a grand total of 35 minutes to get 4 lo-profile tires mounted, balanced, and put on. The Gale Warranty (an extra $40) covers everything from a flat tire to a blowout and is well worth the money. I'll definitely be referring my friends to these guys.

They also inspected the suspension.
Blew two tires on my travel trailer. They had me back on the road in thirty minutes. Great friendly service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

They checked the balance on both front tires, rotated the tires, checked them for tread separation and out of round.
My wife was driving to Calif. from Idaho and started feeling a vibration in the car.
ALL rare attributes in this day and age.
Can't say enough GOOD for GALE tire from me, the husband about Gale tire for the way they treated the situation when they could easily charged outrageous prices for the service.

Upon inspection they found that one of the tires had thrown a weight and was way out of balance.
Guess that's why they have been around so long their GREAT.
The cost for this service was VERY reasonable and (I'm cheap).
She got into Ely late Sunday afternoon and was looking for someone that could check the car out.
June 2017. I was stacked with my BMW 1150RT bike with a bad valve stem. The guys in Gale helped us even though they only do cars. They gave us the tools we needed to take off the rear wheel and then replaced the valve /fixed the flat in no time. The price was..$9.

The service was amazing! I needed new tires that were an odd size, so they had to order them in, though from what I can see, they've got the most popular sizes available. With as far in the middle of nowhere that Ely is, I had figured a week or so. A couple of days later, they called to let me know my tires were in. They offered to make an appointment, so I did.
