Very bad customer service rude........she talk to me like.......
Worst customer service ever. Plumber came out couldn't figure out how to turn off the water from outside main valve. One month later still waiting for them to come back. They tell you that they will "put you on the board for a visit" then expect you to wait all day and they never come. Avoid this plumbing place like the plague.
It's too bad that when there is great service no one comments. We received excellent customer service beginning with the phone call. Within 20 minutes we had a knock at our door. 15 minutes later we were good to go. Very nice man and pleasant personality! Thank you!
