You can get dirty
Giving them two stars for showing up, but performance and customer service after this took took 3 stars off this rating.
I wish it worked out better, but now we have to pay them for not being able to perform the work we hired them for. I am sure there are tasks that they can perform correctly, but I am sharing my experience. Will never hire them again.
The operator came with equipment that he was not fully familiar with, spent much time on the phone figuring out if this is the right equipment and how to operate it. Finished only 1/3 of the work and blamed the failure on the site conditions. Billed as if the entire work was completed and demanded to be paid in 15 days.
